Twin Villas Cluster
The Valley offers 5 twin villa clusters across two phases.
Phase 1 includes 2 clusters with 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom configurations, while Phase 2 introduces 3 newer clusters featuring 4-bedroom villas with a wider range of plot sizes.
A twin villa consists of two villas connected by a shared wall, allowing both homes to benefit from a corner-unit layout. This design provides additional privacy, more natural light, and an L-shaped garden with direct access from the garage to the backyard.
The locations and views vary across the community, offering different levels of exclusivity and value:
- Villas facing the sikkas, with wider separations between homes compared to the townhouse clusters
- Villas overlooking internal streets
- Homes facing pocket parks and landscaped green spaces
- Premium units overlooking larger parks, water features, or open green areas
All twin villas feature a ground floor and first floor layout, and a multipurpose room & rooftop terrace. Built-up areas and plot sizes vary by cluster and unit position, with Phase 2 communities generally offering greater plot size variation. These sizes are subject to 5% plus or minus depending on the unit position insode the cluster.
Rivana Cluster
Rivana consists of 486 twin villas and is expected to be handed over in Q1 2027. As the first twin villa community launched in The Valley, it offers more privacy and larger living spaces compared to the townhouse clusters. Alana consists of 614 twin villas and is expected to be handed over in Q2 2027. Alana is also the closest villa community to the Sports Village, which includes courts and facilities for a wide range of sports and recreational activities. Avena consists of 544 villas and is expected to be handed over in Q2 2028.
