Amjad has spent 5+ years in Dubai real estate, completing over 100 transactions, primarily in Emaar villa communities including The Valley, Arabian Ranches 3 and Emaar South. He advises high-net-worth investors and portfolio owners on off-plan strategy, rental positioning and resale timing.
